We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us first about the issue/s with the item/s and your intent to return an item/s.
At La-brish, we take great pride in the products that we sell. However, if for any reason there is a problem with your purchase, we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue/s as quickly and efficiently as possible.
La-brish currently only accepts PayPal for online sales. If you are doing local pick-up, you can pay by Cash or E-transfer.
A refund of the purchase price will be issued once the product is received at La-brish in the same condition in which you received it. ​The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if you're returning the item because you changed your mind or if you used and damaged the item. ​ The seller pays for return shipping if the item was received damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description. 
You can combine shipping and pay full shipping cost for the heaviest item and each additional item is 50% off. ​We will ship your order within 2 business days of cleared payment. You will be sent an email once we ship your order. ​If tracking number is available; this will be sent once it is received from the shipper.  ​ We currently ship with the very reliable and dependable Canada Post. We hope to use other reliable shippers soon. ​ ​
